At Internal Insights, we believe that your story is still being written—by you and your anxiety, depression, and trauma don't have to define you. We are here to help individuals who suffer by rediscovering their strength, healing from past wounds, and regaining control over their narrative.
We offer sessions in-person in San Antonio or virtually via telehealth for residents in Texas. Join us as we navigate the depths of your inner world together, uncovering the strength and clarity to be who YOU choose to be.
Our Mission
At Internal Insights Therapy, our mission is to guide individuals on a journey of self-discovery by unveiling the hidden worlds within them. Through psychotherapy, we empower people to explore their internal insights, fostering authenticity and self-expression. We specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma, providing them with the tools to survive and thrive. We aim to enable clients to embrace their true selves and share their authenticity with the world and the people they love.
For those who are ready to write their stories on their terms, come. We achieve this by working together and holding a safe place where you can explore who you truly are. We work with individuals aged 14 and older, and couples by guiding them to discover their internal insights and embrace their authentic selves.
We specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, and anyone who never felt as though they fit in. Currently receiving EMDR training. Ask for more information in contact us.
